Set in Trinidad and Tobago, this film takes us into Fondes Amandes, St. Ann’s, a mostly residential area on the outskirts of the country’s capital where diverse members of the community come together to work at reforesting their watershed, and on bringing back its biodiversity. But they must also get creative to address the underlying issues fueling the persistent threat of forest fires.
Carbon Bomb
ExxonMobil is the leading fossil fuel company in a massive drilling program, which has benefitted from Guyana receiving considerable budget support and technical assistance from the World Bank. Together, the two risk turning Guyana into the world’s latest victim of the oil curse, further fuelling the global climate crisis.

“We Still Here / Nos Tenemos” introduces the incredible youth of Comerío, Puerto Rico navigating the aftermath of Hurricane Maria, a disaster that brought an unprecedented level of devastation to an island already in economic and political crisis.
