"Crossroads Stories" is a series of interviews with community members in Columbus, Indiana that tell an overarching story of what it is like to be Black in predominantly White spaces. Through an emotional yet hopeful exposition, these Black community members highlight the racial disparities that exist in what is often referred to as "small-town America." This mini-documentary aims to start the conversation about race in small towns, and how we can continue to make our cities better, safer places for everyone to live. Crossroads Stories

"Crossroads Stories" is a radically real mini-documentary exploring what it's like to be Black and living in "Small-Town America." It seeks to determine how small Midwestern towns contribute to systematic racism, and how change is still possible.

"Our Story" chronicles the first Black students admitted to the University of Evansville from 1934-1949 after Black students were forbidden to attend the college for 80 years. It also covers some Black student "firsts" from 1934 forward at UE under the umbrella of racism in the United States.
