As leprosy infections spread throughout Hawai'i, the newly imposed colonial government orders all Native Hawaiians suspected of being infected banished permanently to the island of Moloka’i. But one Native Hawaiian ranching family refuses to be separated from each other and takes a stand against American Mercenaries rather than have their freedoms callously ripped away.
