Savannah, a meek nine-year old, is a reject at home and amongst the rowdy neighbourhood boys.Stuck inside a half-demolished duplex with her work-worn parents, she roams the post-industriallandscape outside in search of a feral cat she hears crying at night. Stray is an atmospheric tonepoem about a child’s desperate search for tenderness in a stagnating environment.

Alia is a film that tries to remember Lebanon before the 1975 civil war that was sparked by a massacre on board of a bus in Ain El Remmaneh, Beirut.
