Filipino American veterans trace their path, from betrayal to fighting back at the gates of the White House to the steps of Congress, in search of promises denied. As judicial solutions hit a brick wall and all eyes turn to Congress, this documentary asks the hard questions: Will America stand up for the values it claims, and will these veterans live to see the recognition they deserve?
