February 1894. While the wind is blowing outside, in a humble room in Mauleón, a group of young espadrille-makers gather and discuss. Things are going badly, some of them are not willing to stay there. They can't. But it's February, and to get home they have to cross the Pyrenees. It's a very dangerous trip.
