A bat biologist reminisces about the paradoxical nature of his childhood fear of the dark and his path to overcoming it.

Director Bio:

Chris Amodio is a Director and Cinematographer based in New York City who has traveled around the globe for his work in both documentary and narrative filmmaking. He was recently accepted into the ASC Vision Mentorship program, which pairs up and coming cinematographers with ASC members to guide their careers. His films have premiered internationally at prestigious festivals such as Energa Camerimage and Sundance, in addition to many others in the states.

Nathan Knox is an award winning Director from Winston Salem North Carolina. In 2018 Nathan completed a doc called No Sanctuary (2018), which was selected for AFI's/NBC's Meet the Press film festival in Washington DC. No Sanctuary has gone on to win best Student Documentary at The Shortlist Film Festival, as well as many other notable awards. Nathan continues to run New Horizon Media, a company dedicated to documentary and scientific education, with his partner Lexi Brunnert.
