In this classic western tale, Kaiba (Jed Nichols) is the ultimate cowboy and family man. When his family suffers a shortage of meat, Kaiba must make the journey of a lifetime to provide.

Director Bio:

Raised in small town Missouri, now based in NYC. Ben has been pursuing a career as a writer/director since he was 16 years old and has consistently been producing projects (mainly comedies) since that time.

Ben has had many projects featured in festivals and some have won awards. All of his past work can be viewed on his youtube channel 'No Seats Productions'.

Director Statement:

'Kaiba the Kidd' is the result of less than $5,000 and the hard work of many talented & passionate individuals. Jamie Talamantez (Executive Producer) and I used very limited funds that we had both saved up from waiting tables to make 'Kaiba'. Filming was intense but so fulfilling and fun. We took our time with the edit to ensure we made this film the right way. 3 years later, I think we made something we are both proud of. Everybody who worked on this film was paid little to nothing (mostly nothing), yet still pulled together and gave it their all. I am immensely thankful to everybody who worked so hard at making this story come to life! 'Kaiba' is an absurd comedy loaded with subtle and not so subtle jokes in every scene. I hope you enjoy the movie and know that the only thing holding us back from producing bigger and better comedies is funding and distribution.
