Director Bio: Mark Justine Ecaldre Aguillon, a Filipino-Freelance Actor, born and raised in Philippines, found his love and passion in Acting during his Theatrical Experiences in early 2000's. And now, he is starting to upgrade his craft as an Independent Film Maker in Macau, China. He was awarded as Best Actor during the International Film Festival in Manhattan, NYC for the film "Traffic Light – Semaporo" year 2014. This was his first international award.He was then recognized as Ani ng Dangal Awardee during the Philippine National Commission for Culture and Arts for his recognition in International Achievement in Cinema for both consecutive years of 2015 and 2016.Later on, inspired by his numerous awards, Aguillon, together with his Kababayan (colleagues), then started to build their own production in Macau, The Click PH Production; and for the same year, 2017, their film “Strangers” got it's spot in Top 5 Film Maker Award at Guangdong-Hong Kong and Macau Micro Film Competition.Their first film “Who Am I”, has won the Audience Choice Award in Sound &amp; Image Challenge International Film Festival, Macau last 2018. The film also got the Most Popular Film Award at the International Film Festival in Manhattan.Previously in 2019, their work of art, “Pamilyang Bulag Pipi at Bingi (A Blind, Mute and Deaf Family)” was shortlisted in International Film Festival Manhattan, NYC, Korea-Pinoy International Film Festival, and Sound &amp; Image Challenge International Film Festival in Macau. In addition for 2019 highlights, Aguillon got his Film Ambassador Award in Film Development Council of the Philippines.Now, Aguillon together with his team, works on more films that mirrors society's current events where viewers will not just enjoy but will surely get lesson as well that helps them understand the present and make them ready to face the future.

Her films have been shown at the Boston Asian American Film Festival, Syracuse International Film Festival (1st Place Winner), The Barrow Group's&nbsp;48&nbsp;Hour&nbsp;Film Festival (Two-time Audience Award Winner), Asian Film Lab's 72 Hour Film ShootOut (Top 50 Selection) and at The Sparrow Film Project (Top 30 Selection). She was a playwriting mentor for Quinnipiac University's New Play Festival for three seasons. Kristi trained at The Barrow Group in New York City. "Enjoy the Day" marks her directorial debut.&nbsp;

Director Bio: Jess Carson is a Los Angeles-based African-American Writer/Director who made her way into filmmaking in her hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas. In 2015, she decided to branch out to hone her skills in more saturated markets - first by way of Brooklyn, NY, where she was hired to write an Off-Broadway musical, Only Human, starring Gary Busey, and then settling in Los Angeles, CA in 2018. Her work spans genres and her focus is on well-rounded, character-driven narratives that resonate with audiences of all demographics as well as those that put society under a lens via undertones of societal commentary.Currently, Jess is working on a wide range of projects. Jess is a staff writer on the CW's THE FLASH where she was the first Black Woman to write an episode of the hit series. She is also actively developing a gritty, original feature, DEAD RED, with Echo Lake Entertainment producing. Jerry Lee, an amateur director, tries to film a scene with his dysfunctional film crew in his parent's house. Director Bio: Girard Tecson is an award winning Filipino filmmaker and the founder of Dayside Productions. He is a director, producer, writer, editor and a DP who is recognized for his work on various short films. He is also an ‘ok’ actor, martial artist and music artist.Girard started his film endeavor in 2007, attending LaGuardia Community College for his first production class, and transferred to Hunter College to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Media Studies. His production experience came from independently producing several videos and films, which he brought like-minded friends and colleague to work on several projects such as short films, music videos and Internet shorts. He oversees all aspect of production by writing scripts, directing, cinematography and then editing. This started his production company called Dayside Productions.Girard is the 2014-2015 APIASF Scholar, which granted him a scholarship from NBC Universal. He is also the recipient of the 2014 Charles &amp; Lucille King Family Foundation Scholarship. He also received scholarships from Tortora Sillcox Family Foundation and Beatrice &amp; Raymond Liebesman Completion Foundation. He currently pursuing an MFA in Integrated Media Arts at Hunter College.

Zoe's Dumpling Crisis follows a 16-year-old Zoe who enlists the help of her two grandmothers, one Russian and the other Turkish, for a school cooking project. As the rivalry of the maternal figures escalates over the course of the night, Zoe wishes she hadn’t bothered to ask them in the first place. It’s just a cooking project! As the need for culturally identity clashes with the kneading of dough, Zoe soon realizes how important both of her grandmothers are to her… and that sometimes the way into people’s hearts is through their stomachs. Director Bio: Ellen Rodnianski Ellen is the writer, director and one of the producers of Zoe's Dumpling Crisis. She was born in Germany, grew up in Russia, moved to the US for college—first to Chicago and then to LA— and has been living in Los Angeles since 2016. She is a graduate of The University of Chicago and earned her MFA from the Stark Producing Program at USC. Ellen is an early career filmmaker who has worked as a showrunner's assistant on a Netflix TV show, and is currently focusing on writing and directing her own projects.
