Our lived experiences are the stories unfurling the collective co-creation of history. Short Docs highlights stories from around the world that explore points of intersection where individual lives meet the reality of the political present. Each story offers a unique understanding of our past and a wishful intention for our future. The films in this series encourage us to open our hearts and minds to the connection between story and community. Bodies of diverse genders come together to relish in play, always careful to act consensually while respecting one another’s boundaries. For many genderqueer people, queer sex parties are of great importance when it comes to feeling comfortable in their own skin, discovering themselves anew.
