Told through a series of vignettes, the film is an allegorical account of twelve characters, each of whom are flawed archetypes found within the English aristocracy. Casual Vignettes of Gilded Vulgarity is a blunt indictment of America's English peerage roots which created the culture of white privilege, entitlement, and racism that can still be found today. The film seeks to add creatively to contemporary dialogue about diversity.
