“Get Up The Nerve” tells the story of a young man who is navigating the uncertainties of love. Seemingly lost in his own thoughts, he is struggling to get up the nerve to tell his love interest how he feels.
Inside Groove
During Anna's routine visit to her grandfather’s nursing home, her relationship with him momentarily evolves from something silent, disconnected and seemingly stagnant to something more through the sweet exchange of a smile. Her desire for this kind of closeness is projected through her visions of him dancing in her head, to the music in her earphones. Spontaneously, or almost like she just can’t take this feeling anymore, she unplugs her earphones and releases the music into the room—an act of bravery, a push for change.

My Sisters In The Stars: The Story of Lee Yong-soo
Born in Daegu, Korea in 1928 under Japanese occupation, Lee Yong-soo was kidnapped from her home at the age of 14 by the Japanese military and forced into sexual slavery in the Pacific Theatre of World War II. 80 years later, she continues to fight for justice for a crime the Japanese government and right-wing have continually denied and suppressed. She is now one of fewer than 12 known "comfort women" survivors in South Korea out of a system that claimed more than 200,000 women and girls from 1932 to 1945.
