Director’s bio
Fox Fisher (he/they) (Honorary Doctorate, MA Sequential Design & Illustration) is an award-winning filmmaker, artist and author. Through their My Genderation project, Fox has created 100+ films, from documentary to experimental, supported by the likes of the BFI. Fox created the feature documentary I AM THEY, exploring non-binary life in the UK, and produces films for the BBC, Channel 4, Stonewall, Transgender Europe and ILGA World. Fox consults on trans storylines for TV and Netflix, including Sex Education and Hollyoaks. For 12 years Fox has run the Brighton International Trans Film Festival and is a co-founder of Trans Pride Brighton.
