As a global catastrophe arrives, everyone but Augustine (George Clooney) abandons their Arctic research station. The lone, aging scientist discovers a mysterious child and realizes the airwaves have gone silent. As he races to stop a space ship from returning to Earth, Mission Commander Adewole (David Oyelowo), Mission Specialist Sullivan (Felicity Jones) and the other astronauts aboard the Aether confront a Mission Control on Earth that’s fallen inexplicably silent. Clooney directs the adaptation of Lily Brooks-Dalton’s acclaimed novel Good Morning, Midnight, co-starring Kyle Chandler, Demián Bichir and Tiffany Boone.
