Joo Soo-in (Joo Young-lee) is a female high school baseball player striving to overcome the barrier of getting into the male-dominated professional baseball league. After becoming a phenomenon in middle school, the realities of high school and professional baseball have held Joo Soo-in back as she watches her lesser-qualified teammates get promoted while her position remains stagnant. Her family is unsupportive, and the new coach (Joon-Hyuk lee) tries to dissuade her, but Joo Soo-in’s determination wins him over and he decides to give her, and himself, a chance.
