Deborah M. Pratt is a significant force in Hollywood. She’s an American director, writer, actor, television executive and producer. Her hit series "Quantum Leap" (2022) has been picked up for a second season on NBC and Peacock. 

Deborah was executive producer of “The Net” for USA network, co-executive producer and head writer on the iconic NBC series “Quantum Leap” and “Tequila and Bonette” for CBS. She wrote for multiple television series including Quantum Leap, Magnum, P.I., The Pretender and Airwolf. She made her directorial debut with Cora Unashamed for the BBC, PBS and Masterpiece Theatre’s The American Collection. Ms. Pratt is a five-time Emmy nominee, a Golden Globe nominee, and recipient of The Lillian Gish Award from Women in Film, The Angel Award, The Golden Block Award, and Six B.E.N. Awards. From the award-winning series Quantum Leap to the internationally acclaimed Masterpiece Theatre’s Cora Unashamed.

Jen McGowan is a director based in Los Angeles. Her most recent feature film, thriller, RUST CREEK, was released in theaters by IFC Midnight and hailed as “the feminist thriller Hollywood needs right now” by Harper’s Bazaar.

 When it dropped on Netflix it premiered at #3 of all film & tv in the US and stayed in the top ten for over a week. RUST CREEK made the top ten on Netflix in 40 countries. Certified “fresh, it is currently 84% on Rotten Tomatoes.

McGowan's first feature, the dramedy KELLY & CAL (Juliette Lewis & Cybill Shepherd) premiered at SXSW where she won the Gamechanger Award. The film was released theatrically by IFC Films to rave reviews (71% on Rotten Tomatoes). 

In television she’s directed multiple episodes of STAR TREK:DISCOVERY and TITANS as well as episodes of THE TWILIGHT ZONE and THE PURGE. An amateur boxer, she lives with her husband, Phil Lott, and their dog Beau.



Kumiko Ogawa (Gregoire), with nearly 20 years in the entertainment industry, 5 running an entire motion capture facility, is the co-founder of Pivot Motion, a boutique production services company for motion capture, ADR, 3D scanning, and casting in the video game, location based entertainment, XR and film industries.

Ogawa started her career in web design and programming but was quickly recruited as an onset Japanese-English interpreter for AAA Japanese video games. In this capacity she quickly learned the ins and outs of motion capture and voiceover earning her first credit as associate producer on Resident Evil 5. Since then, she has worked as a producer, project manager, HMC operator, technical consultant, 2nd AD and 1st AD on over 100 motion capture and voiceover projects including Resident Evil series (6, 2 (Remake)) , Power Rangers, Wolfenstein, Battlefield 4, Destiny, Mirror’s Edge, WWE Champions, Madden for companies such as, CAPCOM, BIOWEAR, EA, 2K, Niantic and more.


Jacqueline Cooper, Jackie’s work as a VFX artist and supervisor is widely recognized in the industry, becoming an Epic Fellow. She contributed to many top grossing films such as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows II, Tron and Jurassic World. Her extensive roster of credits include film, music videos, live events, and commercials. Within CG Pro, as a co-founder, she is deeply involved in curriculum development, community building, and assisting students in finding rewarding positions that take advantage of their newly acquired skills. She recently founded CG Empowers, a diversity program designed to help raise money for training diverse groups of students who otherwise would not be able to afford training.


Ming Qiu is a VFX Production Manager at Tau Films and has shepherded movies such as YinYang Master, Skyfire, Primal starring Nicolas Cage, 2.0, and Crazy Alien. She recently produced the feature film, The Disappearance of Mrs. Wu starring Lisa Lu (Crazy, Rich, Asians, The Last Emperor). Ming received her M.F.A. in Producing from The American Film Institute, Los Angeles (AFI) and has a B.S. in Machine Intelligence from Peking University, Beijing.




Dianah Wynter is an Emmy nominated director whose episodic credits include shows for Showtime, Paramount, BET, and Nickelodeon. Her documentaries include Getting Baby Off the Bottle for KCAL and Bearing the Torch: Politics & the Olympics for ESPN. She is a tenured professor in the Cinema & Television Arts Dept at Cal State University Northridge. While Chair of the department during the pandemic, she launched the Virtual Production initiative through a strategic partnership with Halon and Lux Machina. Her publications include the books, Referentiality and the Films of Woody Allen, and The Post Soul Cinema of Kasi Lemmons. She is a graduate of Princeton and the American Film Institute Princeton.
