Sing Me a Lullaby unravels the complex tensions between love and sacrifice, documenting filmmaker Tiffany Hsiung's efforts to locate and reconnect with her mother's birth family in Taiwan, following her mother's separation from her parents and adoption in childhood. Told through the intertwined journeys of daughters and their mothers, this is a story about recovering familial history, healing inherited pain, and understanding that love comes in many forms.

John Bailey is navigating life without the one he has been with for 48 years. This is a story about the sadness and aloneness that many experience. Many people want to "get better" or "get over" the loss of loved one, but the truth is that grief is a necessary process. It is not something to rush through, but to live with for a moment in time. This film is a glimpse into that moment.

A poignant monologue a father has with his son about his ongoing grief and loss at the death of his beloved wife.

NARRATIVE SHORT.&nbsp;We often see stories between partners rooted mostly in romance, but we don't see what happens when those partners go through certain life changes, and how their identities evolve especially as they age. How do those partners' roles change for each other? What happens when one becomes a caretaker, and feels unheard by the other partner? Unheard is a short glimpse at these changing roles in relationships.

DOCUMENTARY SHORT. A dash of youth, a pinch of age, and an unrecorded recipe: Mudder's Hands is a charming documentary short centered around the tradition of baking Newfoundland raisin bread. Featuring an original score by Emmy-nominated composer Virginia Kilbertus and edited by Peabody Award-winning filmmaker Karen Shopsowitz, Mudder's Hands shines a light on arthritis, and blends laughter and loss with its baking tips. Clint Butler's sweet directorial debut is not only a tribute to seniors and their resiliency, but also a reminder of the value in calling your mother more often.
