A gay Cuban filmmaker moves to San Francisco during the Covid-19 pandemic, a few years after claiming asylum in the United States. The city he expected has drastically changed. Now, he can barely find traces of community and cultural differences that distinguished this metropolitan area after the impact of another traumatic experience: the AIDS epidemic. A few friends help him imagine all the memories hidden in the permanently closed queers' spaces around Castro and Soma neighborhoods. All of them dream of a future in which they could dance again without fear. The discovery of the city becomes a way of archiving these feelings.
