Amy Dotson is the Director of Portland, Oregon’s Northwest Film Center. She is also the Film and New Media Curator at the Portland Art Museum, a connected entity and where the Film Center stages its annual Portland International Film Festival. She is the former Deputy Director and Head of Programming at IFP. 


Tarek Bishara played lead roles in Tape, American Terrorist, as well as Marjoun and the Flying Headscarf. Bishara co-starred in The Tale, Sundance hit that premiered on HBO, and was nominated for the Emmy's, Golden Globes, Critics Choice and the Independent Spirit Awards. Bishara first gained notice in the Lions Gate sci-if thriller, The Final Cut.


Dr. Malcolm Rigsby, Ph.D., J.D is Associate Professor of Sociology, Human Services/Social Work, and Criminal Justice as well as the Coordinator of Criminal Justice at Henderson State University. As an attorney, his experience includes practice of civil and criminal law. He has over 20 years of documentary film review experience. Marjoun and the Flying Headscarf is his acting debut.  


Hannah Youssef debuted in her first feature film role as 'Wendy' in Marjoun and the Flying Headscarf, in addition to working on set as Production Assistant. She is a 2018 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she earned an honors degree in International Justice and Human Rights. Hannah currently works as a higher education administrator at New York University.
