Kyle Jordan is an aimless 20 something, working a dead end job and living with his high school sweetheart, Sammi. One day, he decides to finally pursue his dream of becoming a live streamer, on Viewr, a popular streaming site. After weeks with no progress, he quits his job to do streaming full time, creating a rift between him and Sammi. Things come to a head when Kyle sexts one of his underage fans, and Sammi finds out. She breaks up with him, forcing Kyle to move back in with his parents. He streams again, and has a mental breakdown when he realizes Sammi is in a new relationship. The breakdown goes viral, and Kyle becomes famous overnight, amassing an audience who mock him incessantly.
