Many people don't know about the war in Artsakh. We want the world to see what is happening. Vahe shows us real bravery, but I want to stress that we did not create this film to celebrate the notion of teenage heroes. Kids should not have to be heroes, they should just be kids. They should play, learn, and be happy—not spend their days scared or struggling.

Guitarist Aram Bajakian, painter Kevork Mourad, and writer Alan Semerdjian present individual compositions in their respective disciplines that come together in this animated short film highlighting the power of artistic collaboration as a meaning-making tool in response to intergenerational trauma and the refusal of a people to be erased from history.
Hair!
Three Persian immigrant sisters gather for their regular tea and hair removal rituals, accompanied by their daughters, Rina and Nora. As they unravel layers of family drama, they too unravel layers of clothing and begin to wax, thread, and epilate every inch of their bodies. In the meantime Nora, now becoming a young lady, must learn how to thread and prove her chops within the coven of the Three Witches.

Eight-year-old Rizoo lives with her mother and grandmother in Tehran. She is lively, polite and smart. But when she must take a class portrait, her world suddenly becomes very complicated. Does she wear the traditional head-scarf, which all girls over the age of nine must wear—or does she display her beautiful long locks? We witness Rizoo navigate the challenges of growing up a misfit girl in modern Iran.
