The body has become the core of all human innovation and progress. In the process, some bodies are protected, and some are dissected. Senses, organs, and limbs are augmented, transformed, or suppressed. In this program, we are both scalpel and specimen, deconstructing the history of personhood through layers of sensory scar tissue.


A visual and sound score built on archive material from multiple sources traces a journey through different periods, registers and points of view to tell the story of the fight against malaria in Sardinia.
