Oppression takes many forms, such as racism, sexism, homophobia, anti-religious sentiment, classism, ableism, adultism. These oppressions show up in a variety of systems that touch every aspect of our lives.

But systems and institutions are made up of humans. In order to change systems, we must change humans.
