The toy, at first amusing, quickly brings about supernatural terrors that spin Charlie's world into mayhem. Will he be able to escape the chaos, or will he whirl deeper into darkness?

Facing angry protesters, a determined drag queen does her best to finish a fairy tale reading at the local library. But when an alien invasion upends Earth’s existence, the queen encounters new challenges that carry terrifying outcomes for humanity. Trapped within the library, her storytelling skills are suddenly put to extraordinary tests, jeopardizing the lives of the last humans on Earth — the families who’ve cherished her stories and the protesters who’ve scorned them. Ultimately, it is the supreme power of imagination that holds the key to both the queen’s survival and the invaders’ domination.

THE LONE PIPER

In the midst of the Seven Years' War, a company of hardened soldiers force their young bagpipe player into battle, only to discover that their enemy is not what they expected. Set in 1759, The Lone Piper follows a Scottish bagpipe player and an Algonquian girl as they struggle to cope with the horrors of war. Using folklore as a medium, this period project discusses the ever-present themes of colonialism and xenophobia.
