GOD IN THE SKY: When a cosmic entity suddenly appears in the sky one day, sending everyone on Earth 'visions of the afterlife' - Dee, a teenage girl suffers a crisis of faith when she doesn't receive any visions at all. As life begins to return to a new 'normal', Dee attempts to reconcile her complicated emotions with the world around her.
UFO: A night marked on the calendar, two friends, a lot of food and the hope of seeing a UFO. Between bites, Lorena and Cristina chat about human relationships, their fears and aliens.
IGNITION: When the sun starts dying, an apathetic young man will have to do something he's never done before to reignite it and save his girlfriend's garden: try. Also build a rocket, learn nuclear fusion and launch himself into the sun, but mostly, try.
SEE YOU ON THE OTHER SIDE: Through a series of dreams and visions, a woman begins to suspect reality has been altered by mysterious forces.
RESTORE: A post-apocalyptic, sci-fi drama about the last man on earth. Jason acquires holographic spheres to recreate a special memory with his partner Brian. In the process, Jason realizes that memories contain good and bad pieces and it can only be true if both sides are included.
THE JELLYFISH'S BLOOD: Dr. Vincent Dubreuil is being interviewed because he was recently awarded a Nobel prize for his recent revolutionary findings on the gene responsible for aging. This gene, derived from the DNA of a self-regenerating jellyfish, could theoretically allow rejuvenation of other more complex living organisms. In French with English subtitles.

Director Biography - Florence Toumieux
Florence was born in France, in Saint-Jean-de-Luz on September 17th, 1977. When she was young, she woke up one morning cross-eyed: in short, she squinted and saw double. She found it rather funny but my parents were terrified… To tell the truth, a hurricane crossing the house would have been less devastating and she very quickly understood that there would be, in fact, some consequences to this little problem. The first, ugly glasses with double focal points to force her eyes to look straight ahead. Until the day she found herself at her paternal grandfather’s house and glimpsed in the viewfinder of his film camera. Instead of seeing double through the atrocious magnifying glasses, she focused on what he was explaining to her: the golden hours for light, the notions of openness, ISOs, and everything he had humbly experienced and wanted to pass on to me. This is how her passion for photography started. She is very proud to present this first short film “The Jellyfish’s Blood”.
