A tense neo-noir set in rural Newfoundland from Riverhead director Justin Oakey. A body found on the side of a river brings together a reclusive fur trapper (Stephen Oates) and a heartsick mother-to-be (Michaela Kurimsky) and as a reluctant dependence blossoms the pair find themselves wading into violence, answering for the debts of the dead man.
