Under The Knife Overcoming Boundaries is a short documentary about a young, up-and-coming Nicholls State University student with an interesting narrative: while being legally blind, a double lung transplant recipient, and diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, he is studying at John Folse Culinary Institute to become a chef.

A small Cajun town in rural Louisiana holds an annual exhibition football game between the majority-Black public school and majority-White private school, called the Tee Cotton Bowl. This meditative small town portrait examines segregation, and a range of perspectives on the game, and whether in 2019, it should continue to be celebrated as it is.
