Advancements in modern technologies have come at the cost of exploiting our natural world, alienating humans from the very nature that sustains us. This block of documentary shorts is an open invitation to consider the ways in which human survival is inextricably linked to a thriving natural environment. 

A woman living on the border invokes the voice of the Rio Grande, guiding her through the history of migration. Ultimately exposing the destruction caused when the river became a socio-political weapon.
