The film is based on a real incident that happened in Hong Kong. Like any other regular people, Dak made 3 months of effort trying to have his "Know TV" account terminated: calling Service Hotline, faxing and mailing forms everyday, invoices nonetheless are still sent to Dak; Dak then makes a resolute decision to have his voice heard at the Headquarters Building, having to face the wildly bewildering acts from the staff. Sometimes it takes a silly act to start a revolution. *This is a one-shot uncut film
