Welcome back to the OFFA/Sheridan College screening series! We are so excited to be able to offer you a live screening again!

First up in this series is the heartwarming comedy Defining Moments, from Unionville Director/Writer/Producer Stephen Wallis. The film tells the story of people at different stages of their lives and the often difficult decisions they make, highlighting those single memories that are so important to defining who we are:  Jack must decide to spend the rest of his life with his girlfriend, Terri. Marina must reconnect with her aging father. Laurel must come to terms with her father’s Alzheimer’s disease. This is Burt Reynolds final film, as the actor passed away following the six day shoot to finish the film. Defining Moments has a strong Oakville connection! Local Producer/Director Russ De Jong was the cinematographer on the film, along with Sheridan Alumni such as Matthew Hearn, who worked on the film. Confirmed Q&A participants include Writer/Director/Producer Stephen Wallis, Producers Susan Ilott and Michael Godfrey, and others from the cast and crew TBC.
