It's the chance of a lifetime: an invitation to share his tiny 1-bedroom apartment in Flatbush, Brooklyn. But a cryptic NYPD sergeant gleefully watches these hip millennial transplants from afar, plotting and scheming to change the neighborhood for his own gain...
