When their panel at the upcoming International Women's Conference is threatened with expulsion if they don't diversify, the board is forced to take action. Enter Paula — a Lesbian with her own closely-held thoughts around privilege — to assemble the perfect mix of marginalized people to develop the organization’s all-inclusive manifesto. But when the group that's brought together — a cohort of queer and BIPOC women tired of being tokenized for the benefit of the white-dominant establishment — butt heads over their own conflicting viewpoints on race, feminism, and other hot-button issues, only an even greater external threat can refocus their combined power.
