A group of creatures is forced to settle in a desolate valley in the mountains after fleeing their homeland. After discovering a prosperous city on the other side of a cave in the mountainside, a pack of young knights decides to raid it to ensure the survival of their kin. As years pass and their settlement develops into a prosperous city of its own, the cave in the mountainside turns out to not have been what it seemed. The city is raided by the same knights in their youth, for the cave never led to the other side of the mointain, but to the future.
