In a four-year relationship, Crea, a genderfluid freelance artist and Armani, a Trans Femme accountant and extreme planner, are gripped with fear when they find themselves unexpectedly pregnant. In the heat of the moment, they choose to raise their child gender-free but as Crea’s belly grows, cracks in their relationship appear. Trying to restore the tenderness in their relationship and find the common ground they need to raise their child together won’t be easy.

Posturing through banter and repartee with his girlfriend Melva and his Bohemian mentor, Raymond, Harlem Renaissance artist Alex flirts with the idea of bisexuality. But when he meets Beauty, a Latin man who pursues him with poetry and fire, the fun turns intense and he finds himself torn between Melva and Beauty.

A young artist of the Harlem Renaissance flirts with the idea of bisexuality and soon finds himself struggling with desire for his girlfriend and a Latin man who pursues him with poetry.

African American former soldier Shom is in love for the first time in his life with Michael, his first boyfriend and live-in partner. Now a year into the relationship, he is forced to face the conflict between his Christian faith and his sexuality. Shom's internal conflict is exacerbated by the feigned acceptance of his hyper-religious mother, which displays itself in increasingly overt ways. In the fight for his mother's approval and his boyfriend's love, Shom faces a crisis of faith and seeks a desperate solution.

After moving in with his first boyfriend, former soldier Shom must come to terms with the conflict between his Christian faith and homosexuality.
