Set in the late 1950s, Louise Parker, a 25-year-old teacher &amp; socialite, is facing eviction from her home. A chance encounter with mother nature drives Farah to sell mangoes to buy a pair of cleats as she refines her skills as a soccer player all summer long. She returns, challenging the boys for the soul of the field. To the victor belong the spoils as a young adult Farah comes back to the field to reminisce on her childhood as she donates cleats to the next generation of boys and girls.
