On 2/2/22 a NO-KNOCK-WARRANT turned deadly when a S.W.A.T team entered a Bolero Flats apartment in Minneapolis, executing Amir R. Locke in less than 9 seconds. When Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison decided not to bring charges, the family takes matters into their own hands, getting legislation passed, and creating a blueprint for justice that shows Amir R. Locke's death is a modern-day Emmett Till lynching.
