Water Tower recorded this song with punk icons Ron Reyes of Black Flag and Don Bolles of The Germs. When I heard the song, I saw a story in my head that needed to be animated.

Companies within the footwear industry use and market Black athletes, Black entertainers and Black influencers, but when it comes to the companies themselves, there is a lack of representation. “Our Voice” is a film that was created to amplify the Black voice amidst a national reckoning on race. The film acts as not only a mirror for which companies are to view their own actions against their words, but also as a catalyst for conversations across the footwear industry and corporations at large.
