Directed by Hannah Hefner and produced by Joni Renee Whitworth of queer artist collective Future Prairie, Livin' in the Light is a new music video from Onry, one of the only Black male professional opera singers in the Pacific Northwest working in modern/crossover genres. Livin' in the Light is a bold, timely message to creatives, urging them to keep making and sharing art during the pandemic and challenging institutional responses to this crisis.

The music video for “Waiting For Me” was conceptualized and produced in India by a female led team and features queer, trans, female and gender non-conforming cast members. With its contrasting industrial imagery and color palettes, the visual brings to life the song’s empowering message, an eco-feminist call to action that eschews institutionalized power structures in favor of forging new narratives of self-expression.

CYAN is a short film told in four chapters, each featuring a song from the Oakland-based Electro-Soul band The Seshen. This unique project blurs the line between music video and narrative short film. CYAN follows singer Lalin St. Juste on an introspective journey through eerie industrial labyrinths and a lonesome serene beach. She searches for answers and closure as memories of four women saturate her mind.
