A brother & sister duo struggle as reggaetón artists living in a dystopian future Puerto Rico called Nuevo Rico. They're chased into the rainforest by the authorities where the two come across local deities seeking a new reggaetón megastar to propel their song into the world. Years later, and far away from Nuevo Rico, the siblings find themselves at a crossroads over creative differences in a now submerged aquatic city of Miami.
