Anchor Point is a documentary film about women changing the culture of firefighting on our nation’s public lands. It’s a story told through the eyes of wildland firefighters Kelly Martin and Lacey England, whose careers have been forged by grit and perseverance. They’re deeply connected to the lands they protect and determined to build an equitable workplace, free from discrimination and assault.

    Holly Tuckett is an international award winning director and Anchor Point is her second full length documentary. Anchor Point was filmed at Yosemite National Park with Kelly Martin, Yosemite's first female Chief of Fire and Aviation. Helitack firefighter, Lacey England, has been featured in the video Women in Fire. Our composer, Nami Melumad has worked on major studio films, Borat 2 and American Pickle.
