Jones, an aspiring businessman, is rejoicing after successfully sealing a business deal while in Texas. However, his celebratory night takes an unpleasant turn when he is subjected to racial profiling and false accusations of staring at the bartender's chest. In the sheriff's aggressive attempt to escort Jones out of the bar, his cane smashes to the floor, revealing to everyone that he’s blind. Upon his return home, Jones becomes reliant on tinted shades to protect himself from judgment and begins to distance himself from his wife – who he loves most.
