Rucha Chitnis is a photojournalist, writer, and filmmaker whose stories highlight the power and agency of women and frontline communities rising and raising their voices. Her work evinces hope and resilience in the face of an ethnocentric lens that often erases and dehumanizes communities of color.  


Consuelo G. Flores is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist, writer, and playwright.  She was most recently the Director of Policy Strategy & Analysis in the Equity & Inclusion Department at SAG-AFTRA and has worked promoting diversity at film and writer’s organizations for 20 years.


Debbe Goldstein is the owner of ArtRep-dg.com, an online art gallery. She has made a career of supporting, advocating for and hiring artists. Debbe is the former head of Animation Recruitment at Dreamworks SKG and a former art history instructor at Art Center College of Design. 


Kavery Kaul is an award-winning filmmaker whose works have been featured at festival and museums around the globe and on PBS-TV. Kavery has been awarded a Fulbright and a Logan Fellowship. As a TEDx Talk speaker, she addresses the power of storytelling as a way to connect people. 


Jennifer McCabe is director and chief curator of the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, a position she previously held at the Museum of Craft and Folk Art in San Francisco.  Her curatorial practice and writing explores intersectional feminisms, site-responsive commissions, and artistic interventions. 


Kulvinder "Kay" Arora (Moderator) is a writer, educator, activist, president of Literary Legacies, and PJIFF’s Chair of Inclusion.  Kay taught film criticism as a former Professor of Women's Studies. She contributes to several non-profits in the Bay Area by empowering women and youth to write their own stories.
