Luca Rutigliano is the Managing Director at CordeValle the award-winning golf resort in San Martin, California, where he oversees all daily operations and leads strategic planning for the resort. Over the last 15 years, Luca has transformed the resort into an internationally recognized destination for world-class golf, top of the line service and delectable culinary experiences. Luca’s passion for luxury hospitality began while growing up in Italy, where he interned at the Four Seasons Hotel Milano and the Grand Hotel & La Place in Montecatini Terme, Tuscany. 

During his free time, Luca stays involved in the community, serving on the board of the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce, CordeValle Youth Golf Foundation, U.S. Women’s Open and the Lions Gate Community Service District and other local organizations.
