Joan Webb is Producer and Production Manager at Ronin Films. Joan brings with her an extensive experience in business development, VC backing,  representation and marketing, Her former  clients include James Cameron, Oliver Stone, Doug Trumbull, Tim Burton, Coen Brothers, IMAX, Pixar, Sony, DreamWorks, MGM, Disney, and feature films Shrek I, II & III, Toy Story, Lion King, and The Amazing Spider-Man. 


Billy Brooks has worked in the Visual Effects industry for the past 25 years. He spent the majority of his career at Industrial Light and Magic. Since then, Billy has been lucky enough to work at numerous VFX studios, animation studios, and game companies like Electronic Arts. Billy was also Executive Producer and Head of VFX at OTOY, where he traveled the globe helping connect VFX artists and studios to new rendering technology. A career highlight was designing the booster rockets and making R2-D2 fly in Star Wars: Episode II - Attack Of The Clones.

 

David Tanaka is an Editor, Producer and Creative Director with over 25 years of experience ranging from visual effects and animation to documentary and live action feature films.  For 15 years, he served at Industrial Light and Magic in VFX Production and Editorial on Jurassic ParkForrest Gump, Star Wars and others. At Pixar Animation Studios, he worked as a Special Projects Editor on CarsRatatouilleWALL•EUP and Toy Story 3. Tanaka started his own company in 2017, becoming Feature Film Editor, Post Production/VFX Supervisor, and Co-Executive Producer on the award-winning Guitar Man.


Peter Hyoguchi started his career at 15, when he won a George Lucas youth film festival for his short sci-fi called The Future's Future. At eighteen, he directed his first feature film; an adaptation of the play No Exit, and has been making films ever since. In 2000, Peter wrote and directed First, Last and Deposit which won Best Feature at both New York and San Francisco Independent Film Festivals. The picture was distributed on a number of platforms including Netflix and IFC.


Don Bies is a 35-year veteran of the film industry. For 19 years, he worked as a modelmaker at Industrial Light & Magic on the Pirates of the Caribbean series, Ghostbusters II, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, Galaxy Quest, Peter Pan, War of the Worlds, Transformers and numerous commercials. Don worked on the Star Wars Special Editions (even acting as Boba Fett) and the Star Wars prequels, puppeteering R2-D2 and supervising the Droid Department. Outside of ILM, he worked on The Fly and The Fly II, as well as The Matrix sequels. As a filmmaker, he has directed and produced several short films and commercials.
