Rose Colored Glasses follows Anna, a young woman who hides behind a symbolic pair of pink-tinted glasses to avoid facing the abuse she’s living through. Every time she removes them, she catches painful glimpses of the truth—moments of clarity that grow harder to ignore. As the illusion begins to crack, Anna must choose whether to finally see reality for what it is… but will she take the glasses off before it’s too late?

Director Biography - Manny Martínez Hernández, Co-Director Michael Bayer

A first generation immigrant from Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, Manny Martínez Hernández is an actor, self taught writer, director and producer who explores themes of human emotion, relationships and communication through a blend of dramatic and often dark-comedic lens. He has produced multiple short and feature films along with acting in shows such as Better Call Saul, Cobra Kai, Veep and other mainstream shows. With this experience and knowledge, Manny has set out to tell his own stories in his own way. He firmly believes that if you’re not working towards reaching your dreams you’re working to help someone else
