From the south, "Ostro". From the West, "Poniente." From the east, “Levante”… And crossing the Pyrenees, cold and turbulent, painting in its path the sky of an intense blue color, the “Tramuntana”. Like the winds, more than sixty young orchestra conductors from all over the world arrive every two years in the small town of Cadaqués, on the shores of the Mediterranean. The finalist of this intense competition will win thirty-nine contracts with European orchestras. Before the attentive gaze of the international jury and the Cadaques orchestra, they will have to demonstrate their talent by directing a singular score that they have never seen before; "Tramuntana."
