Future productions include "Oksana and Viktor", about ex lovers who maintain an ill-fated long distance friendship, and “Limited", an examination of a tormented mother's attempt to reconcile her differences with her abusive son. Director Statement Limited is a tragic story that is very close to my heart. It was written while I was on a personal retreat, contemplating and reminiscing about the darkest of times. While I have a fantastic relationship with my family and friends, not every interaction has been perfect. Control, denial, pride, regret, miscommunication, and misunderstandings all come into play when trying to move forward from tragedy in a positive light. With "Limited", I didn't want to focus on the crime itself, but rather the broken relationships that one person could leave behind. While it may be uncomfortable to watch emotional abuse between mother and son, I hope the themes in Limited resonate with the viewer.
