Refugees flock to there hoping for a better life if they can get past the oppressive border controls. Eva, is heading back home along with a group of refugees. She carries a mysterious bag with a concealed countdown timer which is taken away at the border. Eva must fool the system, escape the security androids and rescue her bag before time runs out.

Coldfire is an adaptation of one of the most celebrated Bengali author Nabarun Bhattacharya's (1948-2014) short story "Coldfire". In 2029, a global real estate tycoon Mr. K.P. Sarkar (Koushik Sen) comes across a salesman named G.B. (Somak Ghosh) who wants to sell a mysterious gadget called "Coldfire". A gadget that has been invented to improve and make funerals exclusive for the upper classes of society. COLDFIRE is a dystopian dark comedy, that talks about the unending class struggle in our society that has been going on for decades.

    Riddhi Sen is an Indian Bengali film and theatre actor. He is 22 yrs old. He is the youngest actor to win the National Film Award in India (also known as President's award) for Best Actor at the age of 19. Sen has acted on stage from the tender age of 3 and has since been highly appreciated by the audience and the critics. He has been a part of 22 Bengali plays and 16 feature films (in Bengali, Hindi and English languages). He has also been a part of the Academy Award nominated film 'Lion' in 2017, along with films like 'Parched' and 'Chauranga' which has received global recognition. 'Coldfire' is his directorial debut.
