Ron Yassen is a multiple Emmy Award-winning documentary director and producer. His work features more than 30 documentary films, including Roger Maris: Reluctant Hero, Glory in Black and White, Kareem: Minority of One, and 50 Cent: Origin of Me. His latest Emmy-nominated documentary, Crossroads, premiered at Tribeca in 2018. He is a founding partner of Roadside Entertainment.

Lauren Griswold is an Emmy-nominated producer for the ESPN 30/30 and ESPN Films documentary, Crossroads. Her work includes the films, Katy Perry: Making of the Super Bowl Halftime Show along with the award-winning documentary Man-Made. She has served as a Producer and Supervising Post Producer for the ESPY Awards on ABC, and most recently as a Producer on Marvel's Hero Project on Disney+.

She has 15 years of experience spanning DI, DII, DIII, and international programs, including 14 seasons as a head college lacrosse coach. Her list of achievements include coaching in 13 straight conference tournaments, 2 NCAA tournaments, numerous top-10 national rankings, 14 All-American selections, 2 conference championships, competitive national & international recruitment, and in-depth program & player development. In 2020, Shanta created 7525 Impact to empower college and elite level coaches to build more diverse, equitable, and inclusive programs.
