The film is broken into "two sisters." The first sister, "Dogshit," is an exploration of unemployment through an unnamed couple who must accept giving up their dog because of their crumbling financial situation. "Dogshit" begins a subtext on the reconciliation between family members with differing opinions during the rise of Alt-Right populism. The second sister, "Vomit," explores violence within families with members of the Alt-Right, specifically through a hate-speech spewing bulimic son angry with his mother for losing a valuable dog they had for sale.
